setting that imbalance and structural defects
observed in the constituencies were addressed

INEC to review constituency delineation at
intervals of not less than ten years.

address, the INEC Resident Electoral
Commissioner for Oyo State Deacon Martins
Okunfolami said that structure and composition
of constituencies would be reviewed in the light

constituencies’ boundaries.
