INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE RENOVATION OF INFORMATION CENTRE, ISEYIN.

The Oyo State Government is desirous of engaging qualified, competent and experienced contractors in the Renovation of Information centre in Iseyin.

2. The Specifications are available in the office of the Director, Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Secretariat, Ibadan.

3. Interested contractors are invited to bid for the renovation while complying with the following conditions:
i. Payment of non-refundable fee of N25,000.00;
ii. Valid evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) years (including the current year) of the company;
iv. Evidence of registration of business premises for year 2010;
v. Verifiable evidence of similar project successfully executed with reputable establishment;
vi. Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) Directors of the company to date;
vii. Registration with Ministry of Works and Transport, Secretariat, Ibadan;

4. Interested contractors are to obtain information on payment from the Assitant Director (Finance), Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Secretariat, Ibadan between 9.00am and 3.00pm from Monday 26th July – Friday 6th August, 2010.

5. Completed bids should be submitted in sealed and waved envelope to:-
The Permanent Secretary,
Cabinet and Special Service Department,
Office of the Executive Governor,
Secretariat,
Ibadan.

6. All tenders must be submitted not later than 12.00 noon on 6th August, 2010.
7. Please note that the State Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative by 2.00p.m on Tuesday, 10th August, 2010 at the Conference Room, Cabinet Office, Office of the Executive Governor, Secretariat, Ibadan.
