Requirements

  • Completed Application Form
  • Photocopy of Draft Undated Deed of Legal Mortgage
  • Letter from the Bank
  • Certify True Copy of title being Mortgaged
  • 1 size Passport of Mortgagor

Current tax Clearance of Mortgagor

NOTE:

               All payments must be made directly into Government designated Bank Accounts with different Codes as  appeared on the Harmonized Demand Notice.
