REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF APPEAL FROM OFFICERS WRONGFULLY DISMISSED/RETIRED FROM SERVICE FROM YEARS 2011 – 2019 AND OTHER SIMILAR APPEALS OUTSIDE THE YEARS UNDER REFERENCE ON DECISION OF GOVERNMENT
I wish to refer to the above subject matter and inform you that His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. ‘Seyi Makinde, FNSE, has graciously approved the constitution of another Committee that would look into series of Appeals from members of staff wrongfully dismissed or retired from Service from years 2011 – 2019 and other similar appeals outside the years under reference.
2. Consequent upon this development, the Committee is using this medium to request for any letter(s) of appeal on such related matter submitted to your Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs)/Establishments with a view to addressing the issue holistically.
3. Individuals concerned could equally forward their letters of Appeal to the Committee for consideration.
4. Kindly note that the letter of appeal, which should be submitted on or before Tuesday, 27th June, 2023, should be addressed to:
