Today, we attended the funeral of our former Governor, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala in Ogbomoso. It was a celebration of an impactful life well lived. His Excellency loved the people of Oyo State and served them to the best of his abilities as Governor.

I stated that our administration is already deliberating on the best way to honour this great son of our dear State, and that we are open to input from the good people of Oyo State regarding this. May His Excellency’s soul rest in peace and may God continue to comfort his loved ones.
