Requirements For Government Approval On Land Transactions

 

 GOVERNOR’S CONSENT TO ASSIGN

Requirements

  • Completed Application Form
  • Photocopy of Grantor’s Title document
  • 1 size Passport Photograph of the both parties (Assignee & Assignor)
  • Photocopy of Draft Undated Deed of Assignment
  • Evidence of Deposit of Consent Fee being 10% of consideration as stated in the Land Agreement or Draft Deed of Assignment
  • External Valuation Report
  • Photograph of the subject Site
  • Current Tax Clearance of Both Parties
  • Survey Plan (Record Copy)
  • Letter of Incorporation (if Company)
  • Certify True Copy of root title (if previously registered)

NOTE:

               All payments must be made directly into Government designated Bank Accounts with different Codes as  appeared on the Harmonized Demand Notice.
